Hi Since 25th Of March I Had Left Lower Backache

Hi since 25th of March i had left lower backache i went see a Doctor i did get helped then i went to second Doctor she inject me and she give me antibiotics and tablets then pain goes away...last week tuesday 4th of April the pain comes back again even now am in pains but i dont have any foul smell discharge.please help me or advice what must i do
