Hi Since I Got My Implanon On I Have Very

Hi since I got my implanon on I have very irregular menstrul cycles and sometimes I don't even see my periods which apparently is normal,but this months after my periods I'm having a black discharge which has been going on for a week now,could this be related to the implanon?should I get it removed?
