Hi, Since Having My Son 5 Years Ago I Have

Hi, since having my son 5 years ago I have this problem with trapped air in my oesophagus. If I eat too quickly and I don't mean mad rushing, but just not taking my time it happens. I get an air pocket stuck and then I can't swallow again- not even saliva- until it moves down. It is extremely painful when it happens and I start to panic as I can't swallow for 30 seconds to a minute. I also get very painful hiccups. Last night, after swallowing some medication it felt like my oesophaus went into spasm. I had very tight pain in between my ribs by chest bone. This took over an hour to stop, very uncomfortable. It's fine this morning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
