Hi, Since This Morning That I've Been Going To The

Hi, since this morning that I've been going to the toilet and the first time i notice red dots on it so i had a closer look and i notice it is blood, so i look closer and the poo is really weird, like gelly, and was big pieces of food not digested. and since this morning i went to toilet 7 times and my belly hurts a lot all the time, like a 6-7 out of 10.
should i be really worried??
