Hi Sir.. 2 Months Ago I Got A Red Mark

Hi sir.. 2 months ago I got a red mark on my penis head because of roughly masturbation. During these 2 months the mark changes its color like black/purple. Sometimes the white dry skin come over it and when I take a shower the dry skin goes. So can you please tell me what is it? And what should I do? Should I wait some more time for its healing. I have used vasilne and baby lotion but nothing works.
