For the 7-9 weeks pregnancy what is the the purpose for giving folic 1 2 3 and gestofit sr 400 by doctor. Is it Safe?On internet it suggested to take these when empty stomach but doctor suggested to take after meal.
She feels like high vomit and not to take food.
