Hi Sir, I Am Sufferring From Severe Backpain Beneath My

Hi sir,
I am sufferring from severe backpain beneath my right arm. last year i slipped off from stairs and got hurt in the back. but taking rest and necessary precautions i got well within a week, but recently this january it started paining again after i did an household effort that time. currently the status of my pain is my legs have gone tighten from the joints with ankle. unable to fold the joints, also the backpain is so severe that i can't even walk properly. i had consulted with some neurologists in my hometown. they prescribed several tests like MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound. However, the result came out in a nerve spondylistis and they all tried many medicines and injections as well but I assume that these are not working proper for me.
