Hi sir.
I am vishnu from India. ,my problem is with my joint in right hand to shoulder. Once i met with a small incident which made me painful, while diving in a pool of water to give support i supported my hand inside water to ground which forcefully removed my joint from the joints. From the time i have been not able to throw , do heavy things etc . its a very painful situation and i thing nerves get dislocated which makes me much painful.please help me in diagonaising the situation.
