I have been suffering from anxiety and fluctuation in BP (high & normal). Recently increased cholestrol also.
But I have been a habit of rugular jogging from childhood. Now i am using Telma 20mg. with this arised gastric & sleeping problems. my weight is 70kg (167cm hight).
