Hi Sir, I Have ( Dhaat) Problem Very Old From

Hi sir, I have ( dhaat) problem very old from 10 years. I came to Delhi and joined till that time penis was normal and then I have started Jim after 1 year problem increased day by day penis become small and soft.. Left side hyderocyle problem it become much bigger.. Showed to the doctor in max adviced operation needed. Please advice its because of hyderocyl or something serious matter please reply
