I am suffering skin prob.from 1

I take flucanazol 150 many tablets but no permanent effect show only tempreri efect .
Also many tube like clobetasol ofloxacin etcu use infected area they disappear but after some time again appear.
I'm very disappointed
Infected areas are swelling redness and itching and also larg grain appear
