Hi Sir, Lytic Lesion Is Seen Involving My Distal Portions

Hi sir, Lytic lesion is seen involving my distal portions of my 2nd and 3rd metatarsal and medial cunieform of my bones presumably from previous trauma and infectious.process. Rest of my osseous structures and joints are unremarkable. No opaque foriegn body noted. How to treatment this case doc.?
