Why Does My LFT Ultrasound Show Elevated Bilirubin And Enzymes With Fatty Liver?

Hi sir/Mam, My LFT report is showing the following values Serum bilirubin: 3.0 mg /dl Direct bilirubin : 0.8 mg /dl Indirect Bilirubin: 2.2 mg/dl SGOT: 76 Iu/l SGPT: 99 iu/l Alkaline phaspates : 165 U/L Total protiens : 5.7 g/dl Albumin: 3.0 g/dl Globumin: 2.7 g/dl And i am diagnosed with fatty liver in ultra scan. My doctor advice me to take Liv52 Ds and fluids For a month and it will come down Should i go for any further treatments? kindly suggest, thank u
