Hi Sir. My Wife Have Missed Here Period .as Her

Hi sir. My wife have missed here period .as her previous month date was 27.and we expect in this month on 25th.we got negative report with homely kit test.and she took antibiotic medicine and syrup15 days before.and a vaccination MMR.she hve tenderness in breasts.we use condoms for protection. Sir please answer. Can the medicine used may reason in her missed period she is 32 yrs old and healthy.please help sir.thank u
