Hi Sir, Have Light Pain In Right Lower Abdomen, It

Hi sir, have light pain in right lower abdomen, it increases with the movement and relaxes while I take rest. I faced this problem 2 year back also that I consulted many doctors for 6 months continuously, went through several tests like blood, urine, ultrasound and CT scan but nothing was detected. I had to remain on medication for several months but nothing happened tired of all I left all the medicines and it gone itself after sometime. Now it's back again can someone help me to suggest the proper medication. I use Drotin DS when it goes sevier.
