Hi Sir I Am Stephen..I Got Pain Short Pain On

Hi sir i am Stephen..I got pain short pain on my left testicle,yesterday i ve been to hospital i explained about my pain they asked me to go for ultra sound and urine test and the ultra sound result says that my left testicle has bilirubin. I was prescribed Naproxen 500mg tablet for twice a day. Can you pls tell me wht could be problem and how danger it is.
