Hi, Sir I Have Regular Periods But I Am Not

Hi, sir i have regular periods but i am not getting pregnency...i consulted doctor they said that...folical is not increasing and egg is not releasing...and that folical is coverted cysts....still i have regular periods..fsh level is 9.12and Lh level is 15.23....is this serious problem..i mean i dont get pregnency....can u please suggest me sir...
