I am a 25 years old male and a practising dentist.
My problem is, I at a friend's party had intercourse 10 days back with an unknown girl.
Then after 3-4 days i started having burning sensation while urinating and a slight fever.
I have previous history of UTI 10 yrs back so I thought it could be it.
But then some ulcer type red lesions started appearing in my mouth at odd locations like on lingual frenum,dorsal keratinized surface of tongue and from next day i had severe pain and these red lesions in my whole throat, now they are also present on maxillary anterior interdental papillae.
I started doing course of azithromycin tds from 2 days....now burning sensation has subsided by about 90% but these lesions still persist in my mouth... Please tell me what to do
