Hi sir/madam.
I'm 26yr old. Last one month I'm having penis pain and left testicular pain especially after micturition and ejaculations. At first I felt pain in right groin and testicle but later it disappeared. Now it's mainly in penis and left testicle. Pain is sometimes present at rest too but mostly after micturition and ejaculations

I had consulted urologist. He did physical examination and said my penis and testicles were normal.

I did urine routine, urine culture, blood routine, creatinine, semen culture. All were normal.

Abdominal USG was normal except for grade 1 fatty liver. Scrotal USG said minimal bilateral hydrocele.

I had ex girlfriend with whom I've had unprotected Sex. Last time was Dec. Since that I've not had any Sex. I've not had any other partner.

I've not done STD investigations.

Please help.
