Hi Sir My Child Having Vitiligo Started Last 5 Years

Hi sir my child having vitiligo started last 5 years taken all types of treatment ,but not responding.now he is 16 years old.and patches are on fingers ,on legs on chest,and in both ears. Somebody ask me about inj placentrex.can it would effective? And what will be the dose?and how many days it may be taken?
