Hi Sir My Last Period Date Was 31 May 15

Hi sir my last period date was 31 may 15 and tilnow period not started. Dr. Have suggested to take registrone 5 mg twice a day for 5 day. There is no positive pregnancy test in usg report some pcod problems came . I am having one child 3 yrs old.plese give need full suggestions. .....tank u.
