Hi Sir, My Son Who Is 9yr Old Is Having

Hi sir, my son who is 9yr old is having very high fever from 103 to 104.8 even after sponging also it is reducing slightly we have given him 5ml paracetamol 6th hourly with Clampkid antibiotics 12th hourly(amoxycillin 200mg & potassium clavulanate28.5mg) , since temperature was not controlling started meftal-p suspension 5ml 6th hourly. After starting meftal-p temperature reduced but it is coming back again after 4-5hrs. Please advise. Awaiting your reply sir.
