Hi sir my sperm not releasing reguarly...and my pennis is so small ....once in month my sperm comes out....and from 6 last months i noticed my chest is increasingwhen i wear shirt or t shirt i m feeling very much uncomfertable...i am too much upset with my prob....please help me sir what i have to do...
