Hi Sir My Wife Got Delivery On 25 Days Before.after

Hi sir my wife got delivery on 25 days before.after she was discharged from hospital she is facing heavy back pain and philes problem .in the blood test we can to that DC count is 86 I .they suggesting a surgery that in the blader there is a projection of blood clots so it has to be removed by surgery.it's not philes.can u suggest me they are in right track or we have atke an second opinion.
