Hi Sir,I Would Like To Know About My Father's Health

Hi sir,I would like to know about my father's health condition.He had a minor heart attack 11 years back.he is on medicine for the past 11yearsandalso regular check ups.now his creatinine has elevated and was referred to nephrology and scans showed his cortico medullary differentiation lost,creatinine level3.4 and kidney efficiency 16 percent. So doctor gave him losarten,soda mint .active d.and asked him to go for a protein free diet3weeks.After 3 weeks creatinine became 2.9.so doctor advised him to continue this for 2 months.he was given losarten by his cardiologist before.He is 69 year old and 153 cm with weight approximately54kg.
