Hi Six Months Back I Gone Through Open Myoctomy And

Hi six months back I gone through open myoctomy and removed 14 fibroids.there after doctor given a injection lupride 11.25.and I got periods after 6 months 15 days.and doctor suggested me to follicular study test.in this test I got pre infertilty and give hcg 500 injctn and follicel are small .egg size is 9.5 more then that more 6 fibroids are sieze average 0.5 cms please suggest me next
