Hi, So 4 Days Ago I Hit My Shins And

Hi, so 4 days ago I hit my shins and it instantly swell. but now the swelling had gone and only left a scar on the scratched area. what worries me is I could not feel my shins in the area of the wound, the areas become soft or tender and seemed filled with blood when I pressed it. What should I do? do I have to go to the hospital?
