Hi So I Am Having Problems I Haven't Had Any

Hi so I am having problems I haven't had any symptoms but my boyfriend has had a burning sensation during urination and when he squeezes his dick white stuff comes out this is a week after I gave him head . I however recently been having trouble swallowing and just yesterday I check my mouth and seen white spots and today it has gotten a little worse by creating more. And from time to time throat hurts .
