Hi So I Fell In My Kitchen About A Week

Hi so I fell in my kitchen about a week ago and land in almost a sideways leg way and I do not remember hitting my back but here I am a week later in a decent amount of pain. I got up quickly and was just sore but the delay is what has me worried. Is this something to look in to or is it just the soreness getting worse?
