Hi, So I Had Sex With My Boyfriend A Couple

Hi, so I had sex with my boyfriend a couple days ago and it seemed to have irritated me, it looks like a cut from a razor blade, it's the tiniest thing! but since it's an open wound, it burns when I pee! So I was wondering if I could just put polysporin on it ? I tought maybe it'll help the healing process ?
