Should I Take A Pregnancy Test While Experiencing Potting And Brown Discharge Despite Taking A Plan-B After Intercourse?

Hi, so I had unprotected sex and tool plan b the same night. I did throw up a few hours but nothing and it there was no food either in it. It has been a few days and experienced spotting and brow discharge. All the symptoms of being pregnant and the effects of plan b are very very similar and I am starting to worry if I am pregnant. I have no idea what to do. Should I take a pregnancy test today or wait a few days?
