Hi So I Have A Very Large Pimple In Between

Hi so I have a very large pimple in between my upper lip and the inside of my nostril so basically the edge between the two. I popped it and now I'm very worried about a brain infection because I've heard about the blood capillaries that travel from you face to your brain.
