Hi So I Have These Tiny Very Painful Bumps On

Hi so I have these tiny very painful bumps on my vagina I don't have an STD or sti but I do have a yeast infection I believe. It happened after I shaved I used a different razor for my legs so they're not there. What could it be and how can I get did of the bumps
