Hi, So I Have Woken Up Three Days In A

Hi, so I have woken up three days in a row with a little bruise that looks like a hickey, in the sense that the blood is like dotted around and not just solid purple bruise, (each day with a new one by the way) I have no clue how, seeing I have no relationship with anybody or give myself them at that. any explanations???
