Hi So I Took A Pregnancy Test Yesterday Morning And

Hi so I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning and it came back positive, it was a digital that clearly said pregnant. Later I went to the doctor to get a blood test done and that came back negative. I take vyvanse and adderall and was wondering if that could cause a false positive or false negative? I also smoke cigarettes heavily and was wondering if that could alter the hcg levels in a way to provide a false result.

The last time I had unprotected sex was about 4.5 weeks ago so I was wondering if also maybe it's too early to tell and that could've caused the wonky results? The only reason I tested is because of having extra discharge all the time, lower back pains, headache, and nausea. I had very light pink spotting for about two days a week and a half ago. I was on the depo, last shot received was in late January and we had unprotected sex all through February and March. Now it's the middle of april. Just let me know what you think thank you!
