Hi So I Took The 4 Pills Needed To Be

Hi so I took the 4 pills needed to be taken for chlaymidia and my lower stomach has been hurting and I'm having light bleeding when I wipe is it normal? I was having spotting with discharge befor I took the pills too but it seems to be slightly more blood but not enough to dampen a pad. I took the pills yesterday and was also diagnosed yesterday as well.
