Hi, So I Went On Vacation Last Saturday, And Didn't

Hi, so I went on vacation last saturday, and didn't do enough research beforehand. So, where I am on vacation now, there is a 6 hour time difference from where I am from. In the US, I take it at 9pm. But on vacation I also took it at 9pm, Italy time, which screwed up my entire bc schedule. How do I fix this and get in the right track so the pill works at 99% effectiveness?
