Hi, So I'm Feeling A Lot Of Things And I

Hi, so I'm feeling a lot of things and I keep going from doctor to doctor not getting any answers.... I was diagnosed with Bells Palsey, and along with that came tinnitus - and i feel a burning sensation quite a lot. I also have lost a lot of concentration power, a huge sense of fatigue and just generalized depression. Any other symptoms that I'm forgetting?
