Hi So I've Been Experiencing A Punching Pain In My

Hi so I've been experiencing a punching pain in my lower left abdomen that comes and goes. About two weeks ago I had a strange feeling on my right that I had never felt before that felt sort of like a pulling sensation and I was crazy worried that I'd get appendicitis but after a week I was fine. I recently felt a movement in my lower left abdomen and after that all I feel is a slight pinch which I can deal with but it's sort of annoying. I was wondering what it could possibly be that I'm experiencing and how I can feel better.
