Hi So About 2 Months Ago I Had A Sick

Hi so about 2 months ago I had a sick bug (vomiting and diarrhoea) for about a week and since then I've had an intence pain in what feels like my right lung. It sometimes feels like a pulled muscle but I also get a bubbling in the area when I breath in and out. I went to the hospital and they said I'm fine but I'm in constant pain and I'm very worried. Any ideas?
