Hi, So About 5 Month Ago. (October 2015) I Fell

Hi, so about 5 month ago. (October 2015) I fell and hit the left side of my head quite hard and experienced what seemed to be a concussion. I realized my left pupil was slightly dilated, and I felt foggy and out of it. It took me a week and I started to feel normal again. Now it's February and I started to feel foggy again, almost like a hang over, but I hadn't drank anything. That lasted about a week as well, but I noticed my pupil was again, dilated. I thought it was new and reoccuring, but now looking back at some photos it seems it never returned to its normal size. It is responsive to light and constricts when in direct light, but then loosens up a bit again. I haven't had any trouble with my vision and feel completely fine now, but the pupil on the side of the injury remains dilated. Is it normal for a pupil to remain dilated for a longer period of time after head injury? Could a nerve be damaged? Is my brain still healing? If I should seek medical attention, what sort of specialist should I go to?
