Hi So I Have Two Patches Of Red Itchy Skin

Hi so i have two patches of red itchy skin on my scrotum and i am unsure what to to get rid of it. I have not been sexually active in over 6 months. I play a sport where my groin is constantly under irritation but only started to become itchy and red within the past month. I am currently puting anti fungle medication on and shower after every athletic activity. If you can help at all it would be appreciated. Thanks
