Hi So I Jave Noticed For About 3 Weeks That

Hi so i jave noticed for about 3 weeks that there is a little blood coming out of my belly button so i press a tissue in to wipe it out and today i put a tissue over my finger and stuck it in about 3/4 of an inch and cluster of light brown hairs came out, no puss but they were clumped together like ur hair looks life after u get our of the shower and it smell really bad. Any thoughts
