Hi, So Im Experiencing Some Red Irritated Bumps That Have

Hi, so im experiencing some red irritated bumps that have rubbed raw around my butt cheek area. I tend to shave from time to time and I get bumps that do this but its never been bad. Ive never had herpes of any kind. I am married been with my husband for 5 years. These bumps are rubbed raw do to my skin and clothes touching them and they are wet. There is about 6 or so bumps. Ive googled pictures of course the only pictures that come up are herpes open sore pictures. Im scared to death. I don't have insurance right now. What do I do. What could this be
