Hi So I'm Lactos Intolorant And I Ate Lactos Free

Hi so i'm lactos intolorant and i ate lactos free ice cream and in a couple of hours my stomach started hurting and i went to the bathroom and i had diarrhea and my butt hole started to hurt really badly and i still have diarrhea but it hurts when i poop alot. What do i do to stop the pain and diarrhea?
