Hi, So Last Night, I Was Playing With My Tablet

Hi, so last night, I was playing with my tablet when my grandma appeared beside me so I turned my head to talk to her, when suddenly everything turned black and I can't seem to hear anything, this lasted for about 2 seconds, my grandma didn't even notice my "blackout" , then I asked her if the lights went off but she said it didn't. After a while, I felt dizzy, no so dizzy but I felt light headed and there were times where the left side of my head felt like it was being pushed inside my head. I am female, 18 years old, and I don't know of any medical conditions that I may have.
