Hi So Last Week A Boil Is Forming In The

Hi so last week a boil is forming in the back of my thigh near my buttocks. Then a pus is already forming. I didnt popped it. It accidentally popped itself when I was sitting. Now it is super painful and two more boils developed near the area. Another also developed in the armpit. It hurt so much that I cant even seat. Please tell me what to do to lessen the pain and get rid of it.
