Hi, So My AST Level Is 83 And ALT Is

Hi, so my AST level is 83 and ALT is 104. I recently had a couple of spells where My stomach hurts and then I'll pass out for 15-30 seconds. I'm not sure if there's a relation but I was reading that passing out is a symptom with high liver enzymes. What could this mean and how high do liver enzymes need to get before it is severe? My alkaline phosphate and bilirubin are within normal range.
