Hi So My Grandma Has Dentures And She Used Her

Hi so my grandma has dentures and she used her car key to scrape off the food particles on her denture germs & put it back in her mouth can she possibly get some sort of worms, etc. in her mouth & later on in the day we shared a drink through a straw so can it pass to me as well, im beyond scared.
