Hi So The Other Day When I Had A Bowel

Hi so the other day when I had a bowel movement I noticed something that looked like a string in it...today when I went I saw a little again so I check it out it almost looked like grass it was flat and broke apart easily almost yellowish in color do you have any idea what it could be? Maybe lettuce that was not digested? Thank you
